The New Castle Court House Museum is located in the heart of historic New Castle, at 211 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720.

Hours of Operation
Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; Sunday, 1:30-4:30 p.m.
Closed Mondays and state holidays. Hours subject to change.

Admission
Free and open to the public. Donations are accepted.

Parking
Street parking in downtown New Castle.

Disabled Access
The first floor of the court house is accessible to people with disabilities.

Touring the New Castle Court House Museum
Tours are conducted throughout the day. Tours for large groups require prior reservations. For more information on group tours, go to our Museum Activities page.

Shopping
The Court House is also home to The History Store, which offers a variety of items to complement your visit to the New Castle Court House Museum. We also offer packaged "grab bags" for school tours.
