Preservation Tax Credit Programs

The State of Delaware encourages the preservation and rehabilitation of historic buildings in Delaware through the Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program. This section contains all the information you will need to guide you through the process, as well as a link to federal tax incentive programs.

Cemeteries & Burial Sites
